YOUNG IL M Product Warranty Guide
  • Warranty Period and Precautions

    Your product is warranted by YOUNG IL M against defects in materials and workmanship for a year. YOUNG IL M will repair or send replacement parts to the customer. Labor is excluded. This warranty is not covered if the product is defective due to misuse, abuse, acts of God, accidents, modification or any other matter unrelated to YOUNG IL M.

  • Warranty Expiration

    After expiration, YOUNG IL M will repair or send replacement parts at suggested price list. The cost of shipping or transportation to and from the service location will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Problem Acceptance and Solutions

    If you think you have a problem with the table, please contact YOUNG IL M or authorized dealer. After taking the information, we will advise on the action we will take. Sometimes it may take time to get back to you to consult with engineers. After analyzing the problem, we will decide if the unit can be repaired on site, or replacement parts will be sent.
